This is the worst of it. 11/13. Misery

This is the worst of the remaining inflammation. Although the doc called it "minimal", compared to 14 months earlier it's great, and also this is at the very end of the rectum where the worms don't really want to live as a defense mechanism not to get shat out of their host.

Another fabulous colonoscopy. Helminths took me from once severe Ulcerative Colitis to deep drug free remission. Couldn't be happier.

I use a combination of TTO and NA and have been in drug free remission for over 10 years. Once severe UC (...) I take 50 TTO ova about every 3 weeks and 25 NA once a year. Its where I started and it worked so I've just stayed with that program. I'm surprised more people don't use TTO. It's affordable and very effective. (FB, Jun 2026)
