- Definitely awkward! That paragraph didn't make any sense because numerous systemic side effects are listed on the page, making it very obvious that TTO produces these. It was probably a comment included in earlier notes that had somehow found its way onto the final page. Now deleted! John (talk) 10:55, 12 November 2020 (CST)
